Cushman & Wakefield has an exclusive agreement with the new company spg partner for the German and French-speaking regions of Switzerland as its Swiss affiliates.

PARTNER REAL ESTATE and SPGI Geneva & SPGI Lausanne join forces and will offer real estate consultancy and brokerage services with a complete national Swiss coverage under a new national identity spg partner starting October 2024. Through its exclusive affiliate agreement with global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, spg partner will deliver services to its clients granting local, regional, national and international expertise.

spg partner will operate through four strategically based offices in Zurich, Basel, Lausanne and Geneva. With around 40 highly qualified real estate specialists, its team will offer a complete value chain covering Valuation and Advisory, Capital Markets, Tenant & Landlord representation focusing on the Retail, Offices, and Logistics & Industrial sectors.

Urs Küng and Abi Pranjes, who co-head the spg partner office in Zurich, have more than 30 years’ experience in the real estate market of the German-speaking part of Switzerland with outstanding expertise in Zurich’s Central Business District.
